Save Agaba Rogers - let him stay in Sweden!

Agaba Rogers is a gay man that risks deportation to Uganda and we ask Migrationsdomstolen to stop it!

Varför är det viktigt?

Agaba Rogers is a loved member of Rainbow Refugees since 2024. He is a gay man from Uganda and has always been open about his experiences of discrimination, violence and even death threats from his family, that now has disowned him. Therefore he fled to Sweden and no longer has contact with his family. If he gets deported from Sweden and forced to go back to Uganda he loosed every possibility to a good, safe and dignified life, that every human being should have.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights states:
Article 1: All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights.
Article 2: Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status.
Article 3: Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.
Article 5: No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
Article 14: Everyone has the right to seek and to enjoy in other countries asylum from persecution.
And so on!!

Agaba won’t not be able to be himself in Uganda and he would always be scared of violence and death threats, in worst case even violence that will lead to death.
